Are the gemstones from Le Bijoux natural?

Yes, we use natural gemstones. If you need, we will include our certificate when shipping. All our products are also made of pure gold, silver or platinum.

How is the product quality?

The quality of our jewelry is top-notch. We work with excellent suppliers and make everything by hand, from gemstones to finished products.

Where are your pieces made?

Our products are all handmade by our team in Hong Kong.

Jewelry Questions

Will the product be restocked after it's sold out?

When the product is sold out, we will restock it as soon as possible. You can add it to your shopping cart. Once the product is available, we will notify you by email.
PS: If it is a limited edition product, we will not restock it after it is sold out.

Can I engrave the words I want on the product?

We can provide you with engraving services, but regarding the font and length restrictions of the engraving, please contact us by email to confirm whether it can be engraved.

Does the jewelry have a warranty?

Yes, we will have a six-month warranty, please see the maintenance policy for details.

Order Problem

Can I cancel or change an order after placing it?

We are sorry that we cannot accept any cancellation or change of order after it is placed.
When placing an order, please think carefully and check the details to ensure that there are no mistakes in your order.

Can I place an order by phone?

Sorry, we are not able to place orders by phone yet. You can place an order on our website

How do I know my order has been shipped?

When your order is complete and shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number.

What if I don't receive the order email?

If you do not receive an order confirmation email, please check your spam folder. A shipping confirmation email is sent with every order. If you do not see it in your spam folder, please send an email to bijouxbeyou9@gmail.com
